Trial order
Keep your current supplier. Add a backup you have tested yourself.
A trial is designed to cost little and prove one thing: that a refill made in Zhejiang can match the one on your shelf, lot after lot.
- 1
Pick one line
The refill you most often run short of, or the one your customers complain about.
- 2
Get a four-colour sample set
Red, yellow, blue and green in your weight or length, each with its record.
- 3
Test it your way
On your frames and handles, through your laundry, with your cleaners.
- 4
Order a small mixed lot
Several colours, and pads or cloths alongside, in one inspected shipment.
The four-colour sample set.
One of each colour in the spec you choose, so colour matching, dye fastness and fit can all be tested in one go.
- Sample cost
- Quoted upfront with courier; credited against the first order where agreed.
- Packaging
- Neutral bags and cartons, or your own label after approval.
- Trial lot size
- Set by the manufacturer’s minimum. Mixed colours and mixed products help reach it.
- Inspection
- Checked against your approved sample before it ships; log and photos sent to you.
- Commitment
- None beyond the order you place. No exclusivity, no annual volume.
What a trial does not ask of you.
- Replacing your current supplier
- Sharing your customer list or sell prices
- Committing to volumes you have not tested
- Paying for production before you approve a sample
