Quality on a low-cost refill is a matter of a few millimetres and a few grams. Every check below produces a record you can read.

The sample record
Measurements and photos of the exact sample you receive.
The approved sample
Once you approve, a matching sample is sealed and kept in Ningbo as the reference for production.
The lot inspection log
Before shipping, units drawn from the lot are checked against the approved sample and photographed.

Wash and colour-run checks: Internal screening test. Not an accredited laboratory certification. If your customer needs a laboratory report, we can arrange testing at an accredited lab at your cost.
Pre-shipment sampling. How many units are pulled from a lot, and how many defects it can carry.
Single sampling, normal inspection, General Inspection Level II (ISO 2859-1 / ANSI Z1.4). Critical defects: zero accepted. Levels are agreed per order and written into the inspection booking.
Independent inspection
For larger orders, or if you prefer, an independent third-party inspection company can be booked for the pre-shipment check. Their report comes to you directly. The fee is quoted in advance.
When a lot fails
Nothing ships until it is resolved. Defects are photographed and reported the same day, and the options — rework, replacement or a revised price you agree to — are set out in writing.
What is not claimed
No certifications, antimicrobial properties, wash-life numbers or environmental claims appear on this site unless there is a document behind them that you can see.
