How it works

From the mop you use today to a refill you can reorder by reference.

Each step has one owner and one output. Times are typical and depend on the manufacturer’s schedule; every quote states its own.

  1. 01Day 1–2

    Send your current spec or a sample

    Dimensions, weight, attachment type and a few photos of the mop you use today. A physical sample is better still.

    Compare manufacturing options

    We brief more than one manufacturer against the same spec, so quotes can be compared line by line rather than on price alone.

  3. 03About 1–2 weeks

    Record the sample

    Each sample is measured and photographed: size, dry weight, socket or backing, stitching, colour. You receive the record with the sample.

  4. 04Your timing

    You run the compatibility test

    You fit the sample to your own frames and handles and wash it the way your customers do. Your result is the one that counts.

  5. 05Production often 25–40 days

    Trial order, inspected before shipping

    Production is checked against the approved sample before it leaves China, with photos and a measurement log for the lot.

  6. 06Ongoing

    Reorder from the record

    The approved sample, spec sheet and inspection log stay on file, so a reorder is made to the same standard as the first lot.

Quotes

Quoted per spec and quantity, in USD or AUD. Each quote names its Incoterm — FOB Ningbo, or delivered to your port (CFR/CIF) — so you can compare it with your landed cost.

Payment

Typically a deposit to start production and the balance before shipping documents are released. The exact terms are on each pro-forma invoice.

Shipping

Sea freight from Ningbo-Zhoushan, LCL for trial lots, through your forwarder or one we book. Mixed products can share a shipment.
