Send your mop spec

FAQ

Plain answers. Including the ones that cost us an order.

About Quaymere

Are you a factory?

No. Quaymere is a sourcing and quality coordinator in Ningbo. We work with Zhejiang manufacturers we have screened, and we check what they make against your approved sample.

Do you have an office or stock in Australia or New Zealand?

No. Goods ship from China to your port. There is no local warehouse and no local entity, and this site will not suggest otherwise.

Who do you sell to?

Cleaning-supply distributors, contract cleaning companies and institutional hygiene suppliers. Not retail or marketplace sellers.

Samples and fit

Can you guarantee the refill fits my frame or handle?

No one can honestly do that from a description. We match a sample to your measurements and your reference, record it, and you confirm fit on your own equipment before ordering.

What do samples cost?

It depends on the product and courier. The cost is quoted before anything is sent and can be credited against a first order where agreed.

Can I send you my current mop?

Yes, and it is the fastest route to a good match. Ask for the Ningbo address by email.

Orders

What is the minimum order?

It is set by the manufacturer and depends on the spec. Published minimums for these products often start around 1,000 pieces for round mops and 3,000 for flat pads; mixed colours and mixed products in one shipment help reach them.

How long does it take?

Typically one to two weeks for samples and around 25–40 days of production after approval, plus sea freight. Every quote states its own timing.

How do I pay?

Usually a deposit to start production and the balance before shipping documents are released. Exact terms are on each pro-forma invoice.

Can the product carry my brand?

Yes. Neutral packaging by default, your own label once the sample is approved and the artwork is supplied.

Quality and claims

Do your products have certifications?

No certification is claimed on this site. If your customer needs a laboratory test, it can be arranged at an accredited lab at your cost.

How do you check a production lot?

Units drawn from the lot are measured and photographed against the approved sample before shipping, using AQL sampling agreed per order. An independent inspection company can be booked instead.
